Brian
Brian is a Senior Technician at Lifetime Service Center. He has been with the company for 17 years and has earned an A+ Certification for CE repair and an ACMT Certification for Apple Macintosh repair. Brian repairs iPods, iPads, Macbooks, iMacs as well as other manufacturers such as Asus, Acer, Samsung, Toshiba and Vizio. He enjoys the atmosphere among his coworkers, but when he is not working he enjoys cycling, films and reading. "Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten."
Brian

Aimee
Aimee went to ITT Technical Institute for her Associates in Electronic Technology where she learned about Lifetime Service. She repairs tablets and laptops made by Samsung and Nexus including models such as GTN8013, GTP5210, GTP5113 and SMT530. Aimee has enjoyed her friendly work environment for over a year now and when she's not at work, she wants to be doing anything that involves the outdoors. "Find a job you love, and you'll never work a day in your life"
Kevin
Kevin is a Tablet Technician going on 6 years of employment with Lifetime Service. He has his Associates of Applied Science in Electronics and Computer Technology as well as basic hand soldering training from Garmin. Kevin works on ASUS, Samsung, Kindle and Blackberry tablets. He can also repair GPA Navigation such as fish finders, dog collars and golf range finders by manufacturers including Garmin, TomTom, Hummingbird, Cobra and more. Kevin really enjoys the opportunity of working on so many different facets of electronics. "Can't never did anything"
Willburt
Bill is a Tablet Technician that has been with Lifetime Service Center for over 2 years. He earned his BA in Physics with a minor in Applied Mathematics and Associates in Electronic Technology (and a master in road rage). Bill repairs tablets made by HP, Dell, FUHU and Asus. He enjoys the people at the company and the prime location it's in to experience a variety of eateries. Outside of work, Bill like to talent scout, play Frisbee Golf (frolf) and watch sports. "It's worth a Google."
Adam
Adam joined Lifetime Service just over a year ago to further his knowledge in repair procedures. He brings with him an Associates degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies and repairs tablets by Acer, ASUS, Toshiba, Lenovo. Zeki, Nextbook and RCA. Adam enjoys the environment in his workplace and says "the people here are always looking to help one another." Outside of work, he plays hockey and video games and works on building and repairing computers.
Jessica
Jessica has been with Lifetime Service for over 7 years after earning her Associates in Electrical Engineering Technology and an Associates in Liberal Arts General Studies. She now has a Level 1 Technician Class License for amateur radio operation (call sign KD2CHW). She repairs Asus Nexus 7 and all Barnes and Noble tablets. Jessica says she looks forward to getting up each morning because everyone at work gets along so well with everyone else and it creates a great atmosphere.
Brad
Brad is a Senior Technician with Lifetime Service and has been at the company over 14 years. He can literally fix anything and everything! He has his Associates in Electronics Technology from ITT Technical Institute. He is CET certified meaning Consumer Electronic Technician as well as home integration and numerous manufacturer certifications. When asked what he enjoys about Lifetime Service, his response was, "Hands down, the people. Oh and soldering." Outside of work, Brad hangs out with his friends and family, goes hiking, watches sports and cooks on the grill. "Good for you."
Ethan
Ethan has been a Tablet Technician at Lifetime Service for over a year after earning his Associates degree in Electronics Technologies. He was pushed to the company by his motivation of furthering his knowledge of repair processes. He repairs manufacturers' tablets by Samsung and Nextbook.
Eric
Bob
Bob has been a gaming technician at Lifetime Service for over 21 years. Colleagues of Bob's originally referred him Lifetime Service, and Bob has been enjoying the work atmosphere ever since. He is certified in all gaming repairs, and currently repairs Nintendo units such as Wii, Wii U, and 3DSXL. He also repairs Sony PlayStation 3 and 4.Sports, camping, and spending time with his family are Bob's priorities outside of work. "We will fix it fast, we will fix it right."
Brian
Brian is a gaming repair technician at Lifetime Service. He has been with the company for 11 years and specializes in Nintendo handheld units. Brian was brought to Lifetime Service through his colleagues who were already employed at Lifetime Service. He arrived with previous appliance repair training and has received extensive on-the-job training while here. Brian enjoys tackling the supply of work here at Lifetime Service and outside of work supports Buffalo sports. His advice to customers is "Handle with Care!"
John
John has been with Lifetime Service over 7 years in the Gaming department. He works on any Microsoft, Sony or Nintendo console. He has always enjoyed fixing electronics and earned his Information Technology degree as well as certifications in LCD TV, Troubleshooting and Repair, Tablet Repair and Gaming Repair. John likes that he gets to work on and repair such a variety of electronics at Lifetime Service. Since he is a gaming technician, it makes sense that he loves to play video games outside of work as well as sports and going camping.
Josh
Joshua is a Gaming Technician who joined Lifetime Service over a year ago and has been repairing PlayStation's, Xbox 360, and Nintendo handhelds. His brother, who is currently a Television Technician, introduced Joshua to the company. The interpersonal atmosphere and work environment here at Lifetime Service is Joshua's favorite part about work. While outside of work, Joshua enjoys catching up on his rest and relaxation.
Joe
Joe is an electronic technician at Lifetime Service. He has been repairing various units by Behringer, Alto, Peavey, KRK, Harhinger and Mackie for over a year. Our extensive Pro-Audio department at Lifetime Service helps Joe use his knowledge and Associates Degree in electronics to the fullest. Working here at Lifetime Service is always a new experience for Joe. After work, Joe spends his free time jamming with different bands. "mans gotta eat"
Colin
Colin has been a Pro Audio technician at Lifetime Service in the growing Pro Audio department for over 2 years. He interned at the company a few times while attending ITT Technical Institute to earn an Electronics degree and he decided he wanted to be a full time employee. Colin is also certified through the Electronics Technology Association. He works on keyboards such as Yamaha, Korg, Casio, Williams, Nord and more and also repairs all Tannoy speakers and some electric drum kits. He enjoys the work atmosphere and the people he works with and spends a lot of time with his family and friends in his off time. "There's no such thing as time, there's only clocks."
Jamie
Jamie is a Pro Audio Technician in his 6th year of employment at Lifetime Service. He repairs musicians' gear such as guitar amps, bass amps, keyboards and more. He has his Associates degree in Electronic Engineering and an associate level CET (Certified Electronics Technician) certification from the ETA (Electronics Technicians Association). Jamie came to the company for the opportunity to service a wide variety of music equipment and his favorite thing about his job is that he gets to play guitar at work and repair equipment he loves. Outside of work, his time is mostly spent with his kids.
Jon
Jon started his career at Lifetime Service 13 years ago as a customer service representative and is now one of our electronic technicians in our Pro Audio department. Jon primarily repairs headphones manufactured by Monster, Bose, Beyer Dynamic, Sony and Beats by Dre. Jon's Associate degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design, as well as on the job electronics training give him broad knowledge in our Pro Audio department. The positive work environment at Lifetime Service is what Jon enjoys the most about coming to work. Outside of our warehouse, Jon spends his free time with his family and playing hockey.
Tom
Tom is a senior electronics technician at Lifetime Service. Tom has been repairing receivers, amps, and subwoofers at Lifetime Service for over 17 years. Tom was seeking employment opportunity with an electronic repair focus, to apply his Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology. He currently holds an ISCET Certification, which helps him tackle any repair troubleshooting. Tom's favorite part about coming to work at Lifetime Service is the positive work environment with coworkers. Tom's advice for customers with Pro-Audio equipment is always "Replace your speaker wires"
Chuck
Chuck is an electronic technician in our Pro Audio department here at Lifetime Service. Chuck has been a part of the company for over 20 years, and has an ISCET certification, which he applies towards continuous successful repairs. He claims his "2007 Chevy trailblazer" first brought him to Lifetime Service, along with his associate's degree. Chuck repairs all audio units, consumer and professional grade. He also repairs automotive audio products, home theatre systems, and projectors. The friendly atmosphere and close friends are his favorite part about coming to work, and the variety of units repaired keeps things interesting. Chuck enjoys spending time with his kids, cars and video games outside of work. "We don't fix units, we fix the customer"
Tom
Tom has been with Lifetime Service for over 7 years. He is a jack of all trades in our depot department, and fixes almost every brand that comes through for repairs. Tom repairs many of the laptops at Lifetime Service, and his Associates degree in computer electronic technology from ITT Tech gives him a great background of knowledge. The friendly work environment is Tom's favorite part about working at Lifetime Service, outside of work Tom likes to go-kart race. "Every brand we fix, I fix"
Nick
Nick is a Tablet Repair Technician that is currently in school for his Electrical Engineering Technology degree. He has been with Lifetime Service over 2 years repairing Sony, Amazon, Hisense, HP, Apple, Asus, Acer, Prestige and Hannspree consumer electronics and he enjoys the friendly staff he works along side of. He says employees are "encouraged to order any tools that could make our job easier. Everyone is very cooperative, if an individual doesn't understand how to do something, there is always someone who can teach them." Nick has hobbies outside of work that include hunting, fishing, cooking, art and gaming.
Keith
Keith is about to celebrate 20 years at Lifetime Service! As a technician in the Pro Audio department, he services audio computer interfaces, Mipro, TC Electronic and TC Helicon rack and footswitch pedals, pro-camcorders, wireless microphones and more. He came to the company on a quest for experience in the electronics industry after earning a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Keith enjoys the company of his co-workers during the workweek and spends his spare time with his fiancé planning their wedding! He also works with the local Buffalo Jazz and Swing Band as a Soundman/DJ, sings in his church and alumni choirs and works on home repair projects. "Should you ever find yourself in a difficult situation, remember that although you may lose everything - your job, your possessions, your money, even your health - knowledge can never be taken from you. Knowledge is power."
